Return Policies & Instructions

At OVLND, we prioritize your satisfaction. We aim for you to love your purchase, but if a return is necessary, we’re here to ensure a seamless process. Please review our return policies below and reach out to start a return for your in-store or online purchase. Our team is available to answer any questions.

Return Policy:

  • All returns require the original receipt or invoice.

  • Returns within 7 days of purchase or delivery may be eligible for a full refund or store credit, provided the product is undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • Returns within 30 days of purchase or delivery may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, provided the product is undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days from purchase or delivery.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returns or exchanges made after 7 days from purchase or delivery.

  • Sleeping, bedding, and hygiene-related items must be unopened in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Electrical items (e.g., batteries and components) must be unopened in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized items, installed items, labor costs, clearance, final-sale items, and special orders through suppliers are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice.

Canceled Orders & Address Changes:

  • Once a tracking number is generated, you are responsible for any shipping charges due to address changes or order cancellations.

  • Canceled orders before shipping may incur a 3.5% administration fee to cover payment processing and refund costs.

  • For large items (e.g., roof top tents or roof racks) requiring palletized shipping, you are responsible for additional shipping charges if:

    • The LTL carrier cannot contact you to schedule delivery.

    • The delivery address is inaccessible by freight truck.

    • No one is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

Damaged Shipments:

  • If possible, inspect your package before accepting delivery. If the product is visibly damaged, take photos, reject the delivery, and contact us immediately at ovlnd4x4@gmail.com

  • If the packaging is damaged but the product’s condition is unclear, take photos, obtain an Exception Number from the driver, and notify us as soon as possible at ovlnd4x4@gmail.com

  • Inspect your product and report any concealed damages within three days of delivery. If you accept a damaged shipment, you are responsible for shipping expenses.

  • OVLND is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping.

Shipping Your Return:

  • Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number: An RMA number is required for online returns to ensure efficient tracking and processing.

  • To obtain an RMA number, contact us to submit a return request. If eligible, we’ll provide a unique RMA number to include on your return label. Returns without an RMA number on the label will be rejected and returned to the sender.

  • Use a shipping service with tracking for your return.

  • OVLND is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
